Have not Received my RP & Nuca & SOB Waston

EA last week a number of us myself included unknownly played the Season Of Boom Ultimate Solos that was accidentally released 

Yesterday 83 Christen Waston Was Released but after playing last solo i did not receive him due to him being unlocked at 11 stars & i already had 12 of 15 

You guys owe me 83 Waston can you please grant bim to those of us who can't get him ATM

Also I Have not received my RP Puca Nucua Card & RP Fantay pack even though i claimed Nuca & used him in madden 24 & i put 1 RP Set together unlocking 99 Jayden Daniel's 

I worked hard to put this set together therefore I need my fantasy pack so I can get Tarraim Aronald 

I'm not the only one with these issues 

Can someone from EA please comment on the situation & let us know if you're going to grant us our missing content???

Any communication is better then none at all I hope there are make rights for the inconvenience as wel

P.S. I  am on PS5 & I know alot of PS5 users are having these exact issue with missing these items
