Help someone is using the computer players against me

Someone is using the computer players against me in mut solo battles madden 25.  This has been going on for a long time. I have several 4 min clips to show it. Please help

    Someone is using the computer players to play against me in mut solo battles.  There's a person using the computer players. Please help
