Invalid beta code for madden 25

    Hey @Dotsthebest 

    Please make sure you are redeeming your Beta code on the correct platform. If you check your invite email, it will show which platform you have been invited to. 

    Example Email: (Xbox | PlayStation | PC)

    How to use EA Help

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden 25
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I need help with a beta code
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    Was it Xbox? And if so can you tell me the code so I can put it on ea help and they’ll give me a new code?

    i did this, but the only thing they told me was that my code was invalid. i already knew that, i want to know why i was emailed an invalid code.

    i got emailed an invalid beta code, and when i went to support they just told me my code was invalid. i knew it was invalid that’s why i contacted support. i just want help with this :/
