MADDEN 25 EVENT/Field Pass UNABLE TO RETRIEVE/TRACK OBJECTIVE PROGRESSION

Having issue with Madden that I can't seem to get fixed ... Already contacted Microsoft along with EA including on X and through EA Help ...on my Xbox one my servers from EA aren't working nor tracki...

    Hey everyone, 

    We've recently seen a couple issues with the Field Pass, so I wanted to drop in here and hopefully help clarify what's happening. 

    There was an issue that was causing errors when some folks were trying to view their Field Pass, which should be fixed. If you're still getting a connection error when you're trying to look at the Field Pass, please let us know. 

    There's also a separate issue that was causing some people to get a message saying they needed to buy the Premium Field Pass even if they already owned it. This was only a visual issue, and the Premium Field Pass wasn't actually missing from the account. You can ignore this message and back out of it to access your Field Pass. We are still looking into this and working to get it fixed. 

    Hopefully that helps clear things up a bit. Thanks for being patient with us on this!

@Hawkins0618Same exact issue and they want us to post. They need someone to look at our citrix profile on the server and either reset it or unlock it. But customer service doesn't exist tell us to post here and solve ourselves. Very frustrating

Been having such bad luck with Madden since season 4 hit it started with team diamonds set being a 95 ovr along with All Madden.. I played the challenges I guess when they weren't out yet but it ended up screwing me with the John Madden Player upgrade tokens still haven't received the rest needed to bring him up even completing all requirements then somehow got screwed out of the reward 90 ovr breakouts pack for buying the deluxe version and to sum it up the team builders set today when they came out for the 93 champions Patrick Queen well when I did the set piece 90 ovr needed for Ravens chem the player came back BND 😂 .... It's already * enough we don't receive a premium field pass option or atleast I'm not the only one out there that doesn't have a pick for it not even last season
