MADDEN 25 EVENT/Field Pass UNABLE TO RETRIEVE/TRACK OBJECTIVE PROGRESSION

Hey everyone,
We've recently seen a couple issues with the Field Pass, so I wanted to drop in here and hopefully help clarify what's happening.
There was an issue that was causing errors when some folks were trying to view their Field Pass, which should be fixed. If you're still getting a connection error when you're trying to look at the Field Pass, please let us know.
There's also a separate issue that was causing some people to get a message saying they needed to buy the Premium Field Pass even if they already owned it. This was only a visual issue, and the Premium Field Pass wasn't actually missing from the account. You can ignore this message and back out of it to access your Field Pass. We are still looking into this and working to get it fixed.
