MADDEN 25 EVENT/Field Pass UNABLE TO RETRIEVE/TRACK OBJECTIVE PROGRESSION

Well here's some Good News to US ALL with older gen consoles... I have been trying to login today once I was able to get into the game actually received my team builders 90 ovr set player they just dropped into game back for the version I received doing the set which gave me a BND back for some reason...But good news is they are paying attention to something since I actually have 1 of the 6 issues fixed now ALTHOUGH still can not get into field pass 

Promise you, if they accidentally were giving something away that benefits us it would be a 30 second patch.

What's crazy is EA Help asking us to do this  .. when I first called and finally had someone help me instead of saying unfortunately your the only one with this issue we WON'T pass this up to escalation team but please create a new topic and post thread I felt honestly due to being one of the first ones that my Xbox was done and over with figured it was a wrap on ole girl but then you guys all gave me some hope !! It's truly sad when the community makes you feel more comfortable rather than the staff or team at EA/MADDEN 

What amazes me is u got past the bots. EA "Help" is a bunch of........ I'll let you fill that part in. No you're not alone. I was just waiting cause most of the time we're always last in line anyways. But it does feel at times we're being pushed harder and harder towards forking out the $'s for new consoles. Mine has served me well and if Madden is my only reason for buying a new console then there are thousands of more games out there that work perfectly fine on the old beater. Trust me, I live and breathe football but I'm still waiting on a product worthy of spending that cash and Madden ain't it. 

I'm having the same issue on Xbox one as well

This issue is almost game breaking. Can still play games, but we’re being pretty much entirely excluded from the Zero Chill promo as long as we can’t access the field pass. 

What’s more frustrating to me is the lack of acknowledgement from EA. There have been posts on this forum, EA’s very own forum, for more than 24 hours and not a single EA community rep has acknowledged this issue, much less investigated or solve it.

it would be nice to know that EA is aware of this issue and that they are working on a solution. Anything is better than this silence.

Feels like day by day we are being pushed out and it all started with premium field pass you could purchase when I saw we had no options on Xbox one on top of not being to purchase NCAA 25 due to old gen console knew it was up 

Agreed, missing out on a lot of content. Probably best there's gonna be. All we can do is keep blowing these posts up. MAYBE we'll get annoying enough for someone to take notice. Till then, honestly no reason to log in.

It is up and running for me now, but all progress made during that time wasn't tracked
