Not sure where to start

At this point, I am considering deleting the game from my Xbox. I went from being a decent contender in 2024 via online head-to-head to absolute dog crap. Seems like the only way to win is to master secondary play. I went thru all the passing tutorials to sharpen up my game and that was briefly helpful. It just seems like it's a lop-sided match where the winner is purely determined on number of interceptions. 

I have changed how I approach the game, make multiple in game pivots, and nothing seems to work. Absolutely frustrating for those people who don't have the ability to play hours on end each day.
