Punter English

I notice in this version, punters do not seem to have any ability to kill punts close, unless it is out of bounds. They do not seem to have the ability, present in prior games, to kill a punt in play with English so that it, say, hits at the 5 and dies on the two. Can't do it. Every punt that I have seen hit the ground inside the 10 goes bounding into the end zone.
