Community ManagerHey, @arayjIII We noticed a delay in games that after logging in and out just testing some other things that more rewards showed up. Give it some time and keep checking. If they don't show up, let us know and we can poke around for more on this one.

Same issue here. No alumni players having done the challenges in cfb 25. I got the xp though
I still haven't received any of the rewards from college25 for madden24, even after restarting the game multiple times.

Same here, I received the 3 mut tips but not the xp boost, i completed every available challenge in CFB 25 and I'm a level 46 or 47.

Same. Can someone at ea help me. I can’t make a case either for some reason. I haven’t got the UA packs with Barkley or Aka packs with Tyran in them. And also didn’t get my xp set boost..

Hello how long are these rollouts going to be occurring i still haven’t got my 3rd alt alum or my XP
I didn't receive the mut tips cards or any of the players despite having 120 stars in ultimate alumni
Tried to log in and out multiple times and still haven’t received the XP token from CFB 25 in madden and also missing the alumni players as well

You guys didn't make the MUT Tip that goes into the set quick sellable did you? Either I never received mine as well, or I accidently quick sold it. Are you able to reward it still?

Still haven’t got it….This ever gonna be fixed? Part of the reason for this was to get a head start if this isn’t fixed quickly the whole thing loses value…
Hey, @EA_Shepard . I'm having the same problem still a day after early access release. My friend got his xp for playin CUT, I still have not recieved mine. I am also still missing 2 out of 3 Alumni players. I have restarted the app countless times now and have been waiting. Any way you can look into this. Thank you! I'm on xbox series x. GT: ItsOPM
