In Illinois and it's now 11am and still no access. Nice job updating people. This feels a lot like what they did when they had someone jack up something internally and stopped supporting Tap sports baseball. They just lied to people.
I was having the same issue so I just disconnected my console from online and I was able to play modes in offline mode
As if they didn't anticipate this coming like I don't understand what they're doing to prepare for this nothing I'm assuming?
This probably won't make you feel any better but it makes me feel better knowing that someone else who owns the game cannot play because I thought this is one another another one of their stupid things where you have to pay a monthly fee to EA to play the game so at least there's someone else in my position misery loves company I guess maybe I hope
