You should just need to select the team you want to support on that screen in order to move forward. If you've got a favorite team, try selecting it there and see if it allows you to proceed.

the problem is it won’t let you know pick a team pass and keeps saying error. It’s a broken loop
im having the same issue. Have shut down and restarted and it still loads the same broken screen.
Has anyone figured this out yet? It's happening to someone in my online franchise.
