Team Pass & Player Card Broken

has to be a glitch, i have also been level 20 for awhile now. but i havent tried to change anything on my banner to tell you if its glitched for everyone. it really is depressing how much they dont care about us.

rtamer2000 From those screenshots, it seems that this is more of a sync or loading issue. I've seen a few calls out about modes not loading on PS, but there are no actual reports of that being an issue.

Can you reboot your modem, and do the following for me?

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

Nope. reset modem, restarted PS5, reinstalled app and everything. Still showing as no team field pass and inactive on my edit screen. Booted PS5 in safe mode and cleared cache and still broken  

Cant change or access any of the team pass content or edit anything. Every other mode works for me and every other game works so it is not my wifi connection it is madden 25.

it was working fine until i reached 3,200 ranked points where you’re supposed to unlock the top 100 boarder and badge according to the ranked path. I changed my icon when i was on 3,182 ranked points and then won my next game reaching 3,200. Ever since i reached this level, i’ve been unable to access my team pass and access my badges, boarders etc
