I downloaded the madden 25 deluxe from the PlayStation store and I have no way to access ea connect or play with my friends online. Does anyone know what I can do access this? I have an EA account but there’s no option in the bottom right corner, like there should be, to add friends or use EA connect.
did you download the ps4 or the ps5 version?

the ps4 version doesnt support crossplay, therefor there is no ea connect. are your friends on ps4 or ps5?

So there’s no real way to play with them online?
the only option i see is that your friends are playing the ps4 version on their ps5.
So if they’re playing the ps5 version there’s really nothing that can be done?
Community Managerjtq115 The versions are different, so everyone needs to have the same version of the game. Even if you are on the same type of console, the versions are like current gen vs previous gen.
