Why is madden 25 so trash?

Anybody else having Hella issues in career mode? Literally just got screwed over by the game glitching, said I hurdled a defender but got pushed back for loss of yards, but the only defender near me was on the ground!! Why do big names like this screw us over? I'll never buy another madden and I'm deleting this one already, you guys are suppose to be professionals but can't get much right on the first go, I'd be fired if I did a trash job like that
