Community ManagerIt sounds like you might be disconnecting before the results are captured. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
No it didnt do anything.. will that restore my results or something? because the game will be over ill press "finish game" and then it just brings up Win-Loss automation but instead of adding an additional win it will just stay the same

It won't restore your results. I was hoping it would prevent this from happening going forward. Which platform are you playing on?

bro that is ridiculous smh so i have to play double the games to earn the same reward as everyone else? on top of that now i have to go through double the risk of elimination all because of a bug?

We don't know if this is a bug or if it's related to something we can troubleshoot. What platform are you on?

bro its not even tracking my playoff objectives for "road to recovery wins" so its not unlocking part 2 for me. i also posted about this over a month ago and no one got back to me. this is getting out of hand its literally one problem after another i wasted my damn money on a broken game

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Try playing again and let me know if your win counts or not.

- Approximate time/date you got a win and it wasn't recorded
- Your time zone
