Constant freezing mid-game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure - this randomly started happening to every game I try to play regardless of mode. Even on local split screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? At a random point during a game, the game completely freezes. I can still use the ps interface but anything in game is completely frozen.
What do you expect to see? Be able to play and finish a full game on this video game I payed 60 dollars for

What time did you see the bug? Constantly after 7pm pst on 2/8/25
What is your time zone? PST
before copy and pasting the standard PlayStation fixes, please note that I have cleared and rebuilt the caches in safe mode, uninstalled and reinstalled, factory reset my PlayStation, and the problem still persists. No other game is giving me these issues. Please fix this or provide a refund.
