Constant freezing mid-game

I have tried that solution already unfortunately. As well as factory resetting the PlayStation itself. No luck with either.

Is your console in a well ventilated area with the vents free of dust and debris?

I Tried contacting EA agents i experience the same problem with my series X in a well ventilated area. I factory reset it, It's ventilated, I cleared cache, swapped mac address, plugged my series X to the wall, cleaned out debris, tone down graphics to performance levels, removed every quick resume game from my xbox. did everything and the game can barely put out 1 game before it hard crashes. 

Tried contacting EaSports and they just "resolved" my ticket without messaging me back.

Literally I could play cod war zone for 3 hours straight with no crashes, same goes with ea FC25. there's a bug within the game either some massive memory leaks happen when select users play, or something else like the code within the game overheats certain parts of the ps5 or xbox causing an emergency force shut down 

Let me ask you this is your console a day 1 console? the only thing i haven't tried was buying an external fan to add more cooling ventilation to my xbox. mines a day 1 console and that may be the problem. but xbox hasn't changed any thermal settings in consoles.

Yup sure is! No other game has any issues running and my ps5 has never froze before or after this issue with madden started. 

I am 1000% sure this is a EA software issue. Please advise. Thank you for responding in the first place I appreciate it but a legitimate response to this would be much appreciated because I specified the details in the first place. 

We'll keep an eye out for other reports. Currently, we're not aware of any issues with the game that would cause your console to freeze in the middle of a game.

Dude— the console isn’t freezing. The game is freezing. IT ISNT A CONSOLE ISSUE, AS IT HAPPENS ON ALL PLATFORMS. This “Bug/Glitch” has been in your game for years, and a simple internet search will show you hundreds if not thousands of people complaining about these issues going all the way back to games released almost a decade ago. Why keep blatantly lying about this?
