I've been having issues connecting to madden NFL 25 servers ever since the game launched. I've done everything, reset router, reset ip address, port forwarding, factory resetting the Xbox, reinstalling the game, i even went to a friends house to test if its my account and it is. My internet is not the issue because i can play every other ea title with no problems at all, only when i play football. I had my buddy log into his account on my xbox and he was able to connect to the ea server but when we switch to my account, the server error popped up saying they were not available. we signed back into his account and the game immediatly connects to the servers.i need you guys to fix my account!!!!!

Same thing happening for me. The game is unplayable. My gamer tag is thehubbardcraft I’m on an Xbox one and so far it’s only occurred while playing franchise. I have read multiple forums where others have had this issue, attempted suggested solutions and had no success. So, I have not tried anything to resolve it, but I am experiencing things just as these two persons before me. Please help! I get an error message saying I’ve been disconnected and sometimes when I attempt to sign in again, I get the message that EA servers are unavailable.

Every time I try and load into a match of any game mode, It'll load the teams show the field and disconnect right before kickoff. I have had this problem for about 3-4 days now and have uninstalled and re-installed the game. Both my xbox and the game are up to date, I have tried clearing cloud storage, restarting router. I have tried everything and nothing has fixed it. Is anyone else having this issue?

I've been getting the same problem when i try to play mut squads, it doesn't work and then kicks me then says " error our servers cannot be processed at this time please try again later”. And I've been looking for fixes, and i saw some that said make a new lineup and use that one. It never worked. I need some solution and any help will be takin. EA please fix this.

No matter what I try on my Series S I cannot connect to the ea servers. I’ve tried power cycling, clearing cache, reinstalling, clearing the MAC address, changing the DNS and still haven’t been able to get on. It was working fine earlier in the day but then the game hard crashed and I haven’t been able to play since.

The servers are down. They'll be back up for you guys soon. However I am dealing with this issue since launch every day
