Cannot play a head to head game in quick play

I've played many head to head games, but periodically it does this.   I've tried restarting, powering down...signing in and out.

My game freezes whenever playing any game mode in h2h. (Cfm mut quickplay)

Have done all i could including uninstalling the game and reseting my ps5 to factory.

Nothing has worked, plz help ea
