Cannot play a head to head game in quick play

Same here does anyone know why is this?.. 

Currently having the same issue , I bought the actual game and reinstalling it because it was only giving me play a friend option not quick play online

Same thing.  It is only giving the option for head to head against a friend. Can't play online matches against random players. What is going on yo!!!!!

Same issue. Can't play ranked online games against random players on madden 25. When I go to online head to head play it's not even showing the online match. Only thing that is there is the play with friends. EA FIX THIS NOW PLEASE!!!!

I have played every version of Madden since the first one came out and this is by far the worst version ever. Nothing but nonstop problems.
