Cannot Play Madden 25 because I cannot log into my EASports account
I buy Madden 25, I wait forever for it to download, and then I try to play, but cannot because it keeps telling me my login credentials have expired. I have reset my password multiple times, I've tried to manually link my xbox account, and it says I cannot link to it because only 1 account per lifetime or something. I just want to play this game that I paid for, I've never had this issue in my life. I'm 38 years old, and I've bought every madden that has come out since 95, but this is making me want to never ever buy another one. It's ridiculous for me to have to log into my ea account just to play the game. Can anyone help me? I've already reset the password, I cannot find any place to contact support, I am a computer programmer so it's not like I'm some old man that doesn't know anything about how to navigate the internet. I don't understand why the game doesn't at least ask me for log in and password, could at least give me the option to attempt to log in.

Has it been a long time since you've logged in to an EA game with your Xbox? Because it looks like your EA account might have been disabled due to inactivity. You should be able to restore that account by resetting the password like it's prompting, but if that's not working then it seems like you've either made a new EA account with that email address, or it's just not the original email address on the account.
