CANNOT PLAY ONLINE (PS5)

I am beyond frustrated. This has been going on for weeks. I cannot even play solo challenges in Madden 2025 for PS5. I cannot play Head to Head. I CANNOT MAKE A HELP TICKET WITH EA. I GET NO RESPONSE ON THE FORUM ENTRY REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE. I GET NO RESPONSE ON X. THE CHAT HELP IS WORTHLESS. I HAVE WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME FOOLING WITH THIS. I THINK EA SHOULD HAVE TO REIMBURSE US FOR WASTED TIME. IT IS TRULY RIDICULOUS. I have done everything suggested multiple times. I get the following error:

Error:OUR SERVERS CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER

If I do not get a response here, I will go to my bank, refute the charge where I purchased the game and get my refund that way. EA, QUIT BEING DIFFICULT.

    Seriously EA.... If you do not respond to me, I will,go,through my bank and get my money back. This is really ridiculous. I will also report it to the better business bureau nearest you. This will get your state involved in your shady business practices. This is nothing more than a ripoff of millions of dollars from your customers. If I did that, I would be in jail.

    Don't fret everyone, the new Madden is coming! Rejoice! Instead of fixing 25, they're busy making different arm actions for QBs in 26!!!!!! Exactly what we've all been waiting for! Little tweaks, same bs year after year. Hopefully the NFL let's their exclusive rights end. Then maybe someone who actually cares will get a chance.
