Unable to play any challenges
Since Saturday I have been unable to play any challenges. H2H, and House rules work perfectly fine. Any time I try to go into a challenge it gives me the error of your previous game is still be processed and then kicks me back to MUT home. if I go back in and try again it disconnects me from EA servers. I have tried deleted save data, uninstall/reinstall, multiple reboots with the game completely closed. Nothing has worked. Please help.
CANNOT PLAY ONLINE (PS5)
I am beyond frustrated. This has been going on for weeks. I cannot even play solo challenges in Madden 2025 for PS5. I cannot play Head to Head. I CANNOT MAKE A HELP TICKET WITH EA. I GET NO RESPONSE ON THE FORUM ENTRY REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE. I GET NO RESPONSE ON X. THE CHAT HELP IS WORTHLESS. I HAVE WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME FOOLING WITH THIS. I THINK EA SHOULD HAVE TO REIMBURSE US FOR WASTED TIME. IT IS TRULY RIDICULOUS. I have done everything suggested multiple times. I get the following error: Error:OUR SERVERS CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER If I do not get a response here, I will go to my bank, refute the charge where I purchased the game and get my refund that way. EA, QUIT BEING DIFFICULT.
Madden 25 PS - Our servers cannot process your request at this time
Since last night I’ve been getting this message everytime I try to start a game of H2H regs. I am able to play all versions of SSKO just fine. I can enter H2H to select team, playbook, unis etc. But as soon as I try to advance: error.MADDEN 25 ULTIMATE TEAM SQUADS DESYNC ON DEFENSE WHENEVER THEY STRETCH RUN
Anyone else having this problem too? It only happens on defense when they run the ball and you’re shedding on a player. Can’t even play the game that we spent money on along with the money spent on ultimate team and they can’t even make the game playable? I haven’t got too play a full game let alone be able too stay in it long enough too win without getting dysnced for 2 weeks what is going on ea this is so crazy take the game down if it’s not gonna work at this point i’m gonna quit if it doesn’t get fixed in the next couple of days.Super Star Showdown Unknown Error Please Try Again Later
I was playing today in superstar showdown mainly squads and all of a sudden it gives me a "unknown error please try again later" message. It kicks me out everytime i try to go into showdown mode. Getting really tired of this game with the money i have put into it. First its the ranking not working correctly then the new season hits and now this. Any ideas?
