CrashDump Madden NFL 25

when I try to open madden nfl 25 version steam pc, a crash report appears. the error is about memory dump or something with EA anticheat the error is PACKER_8940062_3460.

I've tried a few hiccups but it didn't help at all, I've already repaired EA AntiCheat, including reinstalling it, I also uninstalled the game and installed it again.
