Community ManagerThis is very common with wireless connections. Can you try switching to a wire to see if makes a difference?
I will report back if I choose to go purchase an ethernet wire to run across my property to play this game.
Does a hard wire connection guarantee this issue will be resolved?

It doesn't guarantee it, but chances are good it will stop the disconnects from happening so frequently. If you happen to have a shorter one, you could try moving your TV/monitor close enough to the router to use a wire to see if there's a difference.
I will not be re-downloading the game and purchasing new equipment to play a game I've paid for with expectation that the game be playable in normal gaming standards.
Especially knowing that this effort may only improve the situation, not eliminate the issue.

I was thinking you could use an existing one by unplugging it from your modem and wiring your console straight to the outlet. All good though. If you happen try this out, let me know. Chances are excellent that's the issue since this is extremely common with wireless connections. Just let me know if that happens. Thanks!
i have a wire connection and this happens to me almost every superstar game i play, i am sick of losing my progress. it is not a wifi thing, it is an ea, this has never happened to me on any other fame
Don't worry, EA will always blame it onyou. It must be a WiFi problem, or if you are actually wired, the cable must be at fault. EA and their games' optimization is never at fault, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM customer, only you. EA would never release any sports games without troubleshooting all possible errors or investing properly in their servers, year after year. And players who sepnd money on their games are definitely not doing beta testing of their games for free, the same issues are not happening with every installment etc. This is all lies, haters need to go! If you still have a problem with connection, buy a better cable, a better modem, a better computer, a better house, actually buy the whole broadband company to make sure that you have a stable connection and never ever blame EA for anything...and remember - do not sneeze while playing, EA servers are very sensitive and can disconnect if you do so.
