PC - PS4 Controller won't respond

So for the past couple days, my madden wouldnt start up. I decided to reinstall it and then okay it worked fine. But all of a sudden my PS4 controller (dualshock) stops responding to the game.

I tried to use DS4 but I had errors, I updated drivers, looked at settings, switched to steam back to EA, I watched videos enabling disabling things clicking on and off things that isn't related to PS4 trying to get madden to recognize my PS4 controller as a device. Still no response from the game and my controller was basically useless for the game.

I had a little progress and I saw options of PS4 on the bottom left like I used to, but still the game wouldn't respond to it but instead it recognizes it's there but it doesn't want to respond in the game. I don't have a USB on ready but its annoying.

Everything else on the controller is good. I looked at gamepad testers, heck, even the system on joy.cpl and it worked great, and then boom. Madden just doesnt want it. Its annoying.
