Fan Appreciation rewards never appeared.

I had a look through my game history and I did more than enough to complete the FA Dailies as requested. However the game shows as stuck on 16 just before 17. 

I know I completed these as I have had my other rewards from other themes. 

So why haven't I still received my FA tokens from 16 to 21 then? 

If anyone from @EA could help please.
