Formation on Madden 25 glitches player out of game and is being abused in Ranked

I have noticed a few weeks ago when trying different formations there is one that when you said audible out of it that it freezes the game than you are sent to the home screen of your system.

What makes it worse is that players online are doing this in Ranked matches so they can avoid losing the game, it's incredibly unfair and unsporting to play a ranked match and it's either your opponent wins or he just glitches the game and it aborts to where it doesn't count and he doesn't lose.

I shared video proof of it on Reddit and still have the video clip showing what formation it is,, I know it's late in the calendar year for Madden 25 to get any updates but are we just supposed to deal with this for 3+ months until the new Madden? A player right now was ranked #1 and #2 last time I seen and he abused this glitch/bug against me to make sure he doesn't lose,, it's frustrating and not fair what so ever tbh please EA do something about this, again I have video proof just message me and let me know so we can get this fixed, once I shared it on Reddit multiple people told me to delete the thread because more people will be doing this.
