Have 2 seperate issues with Purchasing Points.

Issue #1 is I purchased XP to boost my superstat character to level 60, and it cost $73 (dont judge me lol) and I was given level 60, but I never got the skill points or stat boosts from 50-60.  Ive tried everything youre likely going to suggest; from deleting said character, using a respec token, and even uninstalling madden all together, nothing worked.  Im lost, and I have zero clue on how to fix this issue.  My poor CB is forever a level 60 with an OVR of 65 with 60 stats!!! HELP!  lmao

Issue #2 -  I just spent $97 after tax for Points for MUT, and never recieved them.  Assuming it didnt go through, I did it again.  Something told me to check my bank, and sure enough its come through 2x.  Should I expect it to fall off?  TBH, after my superstar mode debacle I have very little hopium.  Is there an easy way to contact customer support by phone?  I found the number once, and it was after hours, and never wrote it down, and now I cannot find it again.

Im just an old man trying to live out the Glory days from Polk High, trying to recapture the high of 4 touchdowns in a single game. 

Any help would be massively appreciated as Im out over 170 buckaroos.
