I can not play the game

I don't know if anyone can help me but it been going on for about a week now when ever I try to even log into madden it says "error our severs can not process your request at this time please try again later" when I don't even press anything I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that doesn't even work

Just want to know if anyone has any ideas
