Everytime I load up with friend in MUT I get kicked to the loading screen. Can anyone help me out?
OK so I found the issue for me is having genki force players in my specialists section of my lineup. Specifically powerback position. I had fusion Arik Armstead in that position and I pulled him out of it and put B. Robinson mustard in and then everything worked great
My buddy and I are having the same issue when trying to play together. We can connect and play with randoms but not together

Mut Squads
Same issue with me and my friend on H2H mut squads and on challenges. This has been going on for a couple days now we have tried changing players in our line up and we tried both completely deleting and reinstalling and we tried switching roles. We can play against each other in PAF but we can't play together in squads. Still no luck we tried duos and trios as well and can't load in together. But if we go into squads solo we can get a game no problem. Both of us are on Xbox series x and the issue is as soon as we que a game together it starts the match instantly and puts us to the football loading screen then kicks us both to the main menu. Community Managerturboturtle20 If you can get into MUT main menu, go in, generate a new line up, remove any special players you have in the roster, log out of MUT, back in try again.

What do you mean by special players?
Community Managerkillerbees1983 Any players that came from any type of promotion like Zero Chill. Sometimes like a specific player from the Genki packs could trigger it, so we ask that they all be basic players when you generate your best lineup.
Well I have multiple Genki for fusion players in my line up. Is EA saying that they are not able to be used in the game now? Are we going to get some kind of compensation for this if that's the case? If so why were they put in the game? Is the fix that EA is coming up with?
Or are you saying after generation of best line up they can be put back in?
