Logged onto Madden and received the "Madden is free for a limited time." Then it asks if I want to "Start Free Trial" or "Upgrade to the Full version," but I own the game. Is this a glitch or am I tripping?

Summarize your bug Every game I play, game will kick me out back to tittle screen anywhere from the first to the fourth quarter. I have tried to play the same game around 8 times now. I have tried pretty much all of the trouble shooting tips to include deleting and redownloading the game. The game also states that I am in a trial mode even though I bought the NCAA/ NFL bundle. At this point I would like information on getting a refund for both of these games. I have PTSD from military and these games are what keeps my mind off of other things and I cannot enjoy them, it is frustrating me worse.

EA Staff (Retired)Superstar mode. Already asked for a refund. But says i am of course outside my 14 day window. I did not ask for this stupid update. Maybe if you took your time to put out a solid game, you would not need all these updates because they would never be needed if the game was good.
