Been playing since the game launched and now it is telling me I have a trial version. I bout the CFB/Madden deluxe bundle.

I’m having this issue and need an answer it happened earlier this year and then was fine and then just recently did it again and now I can’t play!!!
Trying that now cause it’s doing it to me in January now
Same! Just did it to me and now I can’t play madden or ncaa. The fix earlier for me was uninstalling both then reinstalling and signing out on this page then back in so I’m about to find out if it works
It worked for me to delete then download the game again and then sign in then out then in again on this page

Why should we who paid the crazy price for the deluxe hell for anyone who paid for it, be crapped on for your free play weekend? How about stopping with all the EA bs excuses and fix the fricken game? Maybe you should care more about your base than your free players? Well you lost about 3 dozen of us after this bs fiasco. EA is frickn out of their .ind if they think this is gonna continue to fly this has been a issue since the drop. EA & Madden has become MONEY DRIVEN not customer support it's all.about the $$$$
