Madden 25: error downloading file from creation center

I NEED HELP !!!!  I have created 3 different team in the madden 25 team builder neither of them will load up in the game I get the same error everytime “error downloading file - please try again later”.

I have deleted and remade the teams I have made a generic ea team because I thought maybe it’s my logos but it doesn’t work either nothing works but when I go download a team that somebody else created I guess that is “old” it works perfectly fine.

but it’s my created teams that want load up I have been dealing with this for weeks with no type of solution I’ve contacted ea I’ve deleted the game and still nothing ( p.s my college football creation center works perfectly I can download any team I create in college football it’s only madden)
