Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you are running into. When you have a moment make sure to give the following a try first:
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
If this continues, would it be possible to get DxDiag file?
