- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Check your machine meets the below requirements:

I just tried all of the steps that you provided and nothing has worked. I believer there was a bug in the new update for pc gaming.

Apologies for delayed response here.
Assuming your hardware meets the minimum requirements, please try the following:
- Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
- EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair
If the issue remains after repair/verify, a full uninstall and reinstall may be the way to go.
