Error Occurred During Roster Update

I go into the game madden 25 on Xbox and says new update roster download go ahead and doesn’t work. Says error occurred. So now I can’t play at all. Pls ea help. I’ve seen other discussions with people and they got it resolved but doesn’t say how.
