Madden NFL 25 Wont Launch With EA Play Pro

Question

so when ever i launch ea madden NFL 25 i have it through. xbox but i also pay for MADDEN NFL 25 through the EA PLAY PRO it cost a bit extra through game pass .... the game wont launch
i talked to h3lp line and was told to wait 24 hours&nbsp; bc we believed my MADDEN account through EA was signed in by the 2 EA accounts i had or have.. i sign ed out of both EA accounts and waited 40 hours to sign back in and now the ERROR msg is&nbsp; &nbsp; (.............NFL 25 EA PLAY PRO EDITION IS ALL READY RUNNING GO AHEAD ITS A GOOD ONE) please help.. A BUG?

Are you playing on the Xbox console, or are you playing through EA Play or Game Pass on PC?

Where is the game installed?What is it installed through - Game Pass, EA Play, etc?
