Missing core skills points

I purchased lvl 1-60 on my CB for showdown, I deleted the player to adjust my height now I don’t have any SP points but I’m benefiting from being a lvl 60?? Can anyone help me regain my SP points back?? I’m confused here

    Yea I know it’s not a new policy because I just did the same with my Qb and everything transferred and completed normally….i think the cb build is glitched
