Missing Madden Points

I recently bought Madden points, the $50 points that with EA play were $48.25. It said “something went wrong” or something along those lines and told me to try again later. I checked my bank and the money is pulled out, but Xbox isn’t showing I purchased anything. Has anybody else had this issue? I can’t get ahold of EA for the life of me for some reason.
