When it comes to missing content on a player's account, this is a situation where we cannot assist over the forums. These claims are handled through the Live Support team through chat and email.
If you check your game and the Companion app and are unable to locate the content, you will need to set up a case on the Help site.
- Select Madden NFL 25
- In the search type in 'earned'
- Select I'm looking for something I earned
- If you do not have a case select Log in
- If you do have a case and cannot continue, click on Continue without logging in
- This will provide you with the following article on missing content
- If the article does not help resolve the issue, continue with the Still Need Help section
- Fill out your case as detailed as you can before you submit your case
I did this and the chat guy I was paired with told me he couldn’t help me and to go to the forums lol this is crazy zero compensation for over a million lost

@JohnMartin9902 Was there a reason they said they could not help? Sending players here doesn't do much unless you have to bug report something or have typical technical issues. AHQ isn't a support avenue which is why we don't assist with missing content/
I attached images of the conversation seems like a blatant attempt at brushing me off to try and avoid fixing the issue
