MUT 25 Reward Issue(s) (Multiple)

Dear EA,

Im currently missing the following along with updates of what I have or still haven't received; Xbox info is listed below as well.

Ultimate Alumni Crossover Rewards  STILL HAVENT RECEIVED 

-Have all tips 3/3
-Have ONLY 2/3 BND Players Packs received (since the MASS solution was sent out on Aug 26th)

Season of Boom (specifically ULTIMATE BOOM)
-After completing the Tier 3, Season of Boom 83 OVR BND Player NO reward  STILL HAVENT RECEIVED 

Season XP Reward Set (COMPLETED without token RESOLVED)

-Received a tip when I first logged into MUT (day 1 of presale release)
-I have NOT received a token to complete the set for 61500 Season 1 XP!

• Are you getting an error message? No, Im not receiving an error message I don't have the content when I load into Madden 25
• Does this only happen in one game mode? I currently play MUT only
