Not Able To Find Matches In MUT Squads

@Devereux72 Hi there! I wanted to check in and see how things are going. Are you still experiencing any issues connecting to MUT Squad matches?

If you are can attach a screenshot of any error(s) you get so I can see what you see on your end?

I am still experiencing issues with finding a game. The pregame lobby timer loads for two minutes then just restarts. I do not get any error messages, I am just not getting put into a game. I have been experiencing this issue for the past 4-5 days.

Some steps I took to try and fix this:

-Restart game

-Uninstall game/reinstall

-Restart PC

-Restart EA app

-Reset router

-Turned off antivirus

-Turn off/on cross play

@EA_Shepard any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am still unable to find a game for over a month. This problem is also happening with the 6v6 game mode. I have no other way to contact EA and get this resolved.

The above posts outline my situation. I just really want to play some Madden with my friends.

@Devereux72 Hey, this seems to be related IMO and what I have seen on others to be a cross-play issue in the settings. I would have this disabled on yours and a friend to test it out and see what happens. If you are trying to play a friend on Xbox and you are on PS, this may be adding to the cause of why. Not ideal and super frustrating, but if you can test it on the same consoles and not cross-platform, let us know. We can send that over to have reviewed.

@EA_Shepard Disabled crossplay and I am still unable to find a game. My friend and I are both playing on PC. Still able to find solo games but playing squads does not work.
