Not Receiving Mid Field Packs from Premium Team Pass

So, I know without a doubt I have the Premium Team Pass as I get all the other rewards for each level and can use them. But, today the pass finally started tracking XP and I've leveled up four or five times, was supposed to get two Mid Field packs for two of the levels but nothing shows up. I Googled it and did a few things to try and get them to show up but absolutely nothing. Anyone else have this problem today? And if so or if not do you have any advice? I pay for the pass for the "premium" rewards but not getting them is garbage.
