Online Franchise Desync

Recently started having a problem in a 8-player online franchise. This is our second time playing this specific franchise as we are using the downloadable 2011 rosters available and have run into the same issue both times. For both runs, no issues were found in the first season. All games were able to played including H2H matchups in the league. Once we got to the second season, one of our users began having trouble playing against ANY other member in the league and only gets a desync message when attempting to play against another opponent. He's tried deleting and redownloading the game along with being kicked and reinvited to the franchise, but neither have worked. We're just looking for some help or suggestions to get this fixed as it's pretty frustrating not being able to continue our season. I also should add but don't know if it's related, he also said that he's having one of his receivers appear invisible during certain plays, but that's a lot more manageable than the other issue. He also has no issue playing MUT or H2H outside of the franchise. Any help is appreciated!
