Premium Respec Not Working

Attempting to use a premium respec results in a data fetching error.

It says I get 15 ability points, but when I start removing them for some abilities it take away 2 points but only gives me back 1. Is there a reason for this other than being a bug? Example, if I try to take a point away from deep throw accuracy which is currently at 3 it takes away 2 points, and gives me only 1 attribute point. When I got to add it back it adds 2 points but only takes away 1 point from the remaining total. Attempting to apply changes causes the data error. This game has been out for 7 months and charges $5 for Respec Tokens that do not work as claimed. How do you expect people buy into this overmonetization if the product doesn’t even work.
