My Nvdia GPU has the most updated driver and the same with Windows. I will run the system file checker and go through the process you are showing below and Ill let you know how that goes

I ran the SFC and had no issues.

I could not run the Manage and Repair of the App because the Trial version wont allow me to. 

I cleared my cache on the EA app. I still have the same issue.  I have video of the stuttering if you need that as well

Thanks guys for letting me know, Im not the only one.  Im glad I bought the trial because if I didnt, i would be extremely unhappy.  @EA_Illium , were you able to look at the dxdiag file and assess what the issue is?

Hi guys. As I previously stated, the game was largely unplayable for me due to pretty frequent stuttering during plays.

I have since updated my BIOS directly from the manufacturer site (apparently Dell released an update a few days ago marked as critical) and it seems to have largely (hopefully entirely) fixed the issue.  Game is running much smoother and haven't had any of the large stutters I was encountering that were the biggest problem.  

Might be worth a shot checking it out on your end.  Cheers.

Bummer, sorry to hear.  My game is definitely not running perfectly (and graphics settings still seem to make no difference for some reason) but it's a huge improvement for me and the game is finally playable.  Some stutters occur but mostly just during transitions now. Hoping for a patch to get it running as it should now that the official release date has arrived.

Odd that people having issues with performance seem to be in the vast minority as most pc players have states it runs quite well for them.

I don't see the latest Dxdiag attached, but I've had a moment to check out your first one. 

I do see you have the Nvidia graphics, but you also have the Intel UHD integrated display. Can you confirm via Nvidia's control panel, or the new Nvidia app if you use it, that Madden runs off your Nvidia card?

If so and if there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.

Aside from that the other issues I've seen are typically fixed with the steps I've first shared, to confirm did the System File Checker find any issues?

I have a 3070 which is updated via the Nvidia app and the game is tied to the GPU.  Still getting some stutters, just not as frequently, but though to be a bit innocent.
