Literally fix the game bruh!! If we miss the Zero Chill promo not much is going to make up for that!

fix the game his issue has been happening for weeks 

So I created a new account on the EA app didn’t delete the game but purchased ea play and it loaded the trial no problem. The issue is definitely with our accounts and they are not finding a fix

Looks like the update has been completed and you should now be able to log in. Please make sure your game is updated fully through your respective platform!

If you are not able to log in, please run a repair on your game, and test it out!

Let us know if you are able to play without errors. If you still cannot, let us know what error(s) you run into so we can send that info over to the team!

@htx_moritz Can you provide the info i asked for so we can pass it along?

@EA_Shepard I am still experiencing the same issue without any present error codes. The splash screen loads 99% of the way and then crashes before the game ever loads up. Thanks.

@EA_Shepard Have they looked into our actual accounts. People have had luck utilizing the same EA App and same Madden 25 app but launching it with different EA accounts. Are our accounts blocklisted or something? My account is joshmcn910 for testing purposes. Thanks.

Same being two weeks behind puts you at a disadvantage and can’t catch up. I want refund for season pass I can’t play and game can’t play. Kamm2424 ea account
