Madden 25 keeps crashing when I try launching and then a ''the app crashed unexpectedly'' report pops up and forces me to restart the app. I can launch madden on others accounts, just not this one, which means it's an account problem and not the system. I've tried clearing cache, restarting the app, redownloading the game etc., but it keeps crashing. A few months ago the game worked fine but now it won't. I played through a 10 hour free trial and suspect that may be causing issues on the account, but unsure.

So I created a new account on the EA app didn’t delete the game but purchased ea play and it loaded the trial no problem. The issue is definitely with our accounts and they are not finding a fix
