Your account may have been disabled for a long time of inactivity; please try to use the last email address registered on that account to reset your password.  

In case of any further issues, contact our support team by following the these steps: 

On the EA Help homepage, type 'EA App' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.   

Select See all help topics.   

Select the Manage my account category.   

Select I need help logging into my EA account.
