Solo Battles

I play on Xbox the newest generation and solo battles have not opened since yesterday morning for me. I have 2 accounts and neither will work. What is the fix for this and when will it be complete. It's not my responsibility to jump through hurdles due to your inadequate service and capabilities so please fix this issue and give rewards for your inability to perform for this troubled community. I have tried reinstall,  generating a new line up shutting down and nothing worked. This is clearly a you issue.
